National Urban Policy 2030
On June 14, 2022, the Council of Ministers adopted a resolution adopting the National Urban Policy 2030 (NURP 2030). The document identifies the most important development challenges facing cities and their functional urban areas. The thematic scope of the challenges aligns with the European debate and megatrends in urban development, the ongoing analysis of which allows for better planning of future actions.
NURP 2030 formulates solutions and defines planned government actions in the legal, financial, and organizational areas for the sustainable development of cities and functional urban areas.
