National Urban Policy 2023
The National Urban Policy 2023 (NURP 2023) was adopted by the Council of Ministers on October 20, 2015. It was the first document addressing this topic in Poland. The essence of the National Urban Policy presented in this document is for Polish cities to take significant steps towards realizing the following long-term vision of their development by 2023. The themes analyzed include: spatial planning, public participation, urban transport and mobility, low-emissions and energy efficiency, revitalization, investment policy, economic development, environmental protection and adaptation to climate change, demography, and urban management.
