Local Government Profile
A selected collection of statistical information developed in response to the growing information needs of local government units. Its primary objective is to provide regional and local decision-makers with methodologically and qualitatively consistent information corresponding to the tasks defined by statutory competences of local government.
These materials enable a quick and efficient diagnosis of the social, economic, and environmental situation of territorial units. In this way, statistics support local government representatives in regional management, including both day-to-day activities and long-term tasks such as the development of regional and local strategies and policies.
The presented set of information includes basic data in the form of statistical rankings, a dedicated interactive tool containing selected annual data presented in tables and charts (SVS), as well as comprehensive database tools and systems (BDL, SMUP) that allow the generation of statistical information for a given territorial unit.
