Elements guaranteed by law:
- stable employment in the form of an employment contract,
- regular and timely payment of remuneration, which is paid together with the applicable allowances; all components of remuneration are guaranteed by law,
- work 5 days a week – Monday to Friday, with a maximum working time of 8 hours per day and an average of 40 hours per week, in a 1-month settlement period,
